Terms & Condition

  1. The 0% EMI Offer (Offer), from SBI Cards and Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. (SBICPSL) and M/s Reasoning Global E Applications Private Limited is open to all SBI Cardholders (Cardholders) holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (Card), with no outstanding of more than 90 days.
  2. Under the Offer, the Cardholders can purchase products online by logging onto www.sbicardmegamall.com at 0% EMI (“Easy Monthly Installments”) for 3 months’ tenor using SBI Card. Cardholder will have to pay one time processing fee of 2.6% on the swipe amount. All service taxes/government taxes, duties, levies and surcharges will be charged over and above the processing fee.
  3. This EMI offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/scheme or promotion running at Reasoning Global E Applications Private Limited during the offer term.
  4. In case of Foreclosure/Cancel, a cancel fee of 3% cancellation fee will be levied on the outstanding principal amount.
  5. Approval of 0% EMI is at the Sole and absolute discretion of SBI Card.
  6. The 0% EMI facility is available over different tenor of 3 months, subject to the option exercised by the SBI Cardholder
  7. The 0% EMI facility is applicable/available only on retail purchases for 3 EMI option made by either Primary or Add on SBI CH. No request from Add on SBI Cardholder will be entertained for transfer of retail purchases to 0% EMI.
  8. 0% EMI facility can be converted within 15 days of valid transaction reflecting on the SBI Card statement.
  9. If the SBI Cardholder is revolving at the time of request for transfer of retail purchase to 0% EMI, he/she will continue to be charged the standard credit card charge of 3.35% on his revolving balance till the time the transfer to 0% EMI actually takes place.
  10. Upon 0% EMI approval, the SBI Cardholder credit limit shall be blocked upto conversion amount. This gets adjusted as and when 0% EMI installment payments are made.
  11. 0% EMI monthly installment schedule will begin from the SBI Cardholders next billing statement and continue over the tenor opted. The 0% EMI monthly installment (s) shall be included in the MAD (Minimum amount due) of the account for the duration of the plan.
  12. Non Payment of MAD will attract normal late payment fees and a standard credit charge of 3.35% on the unpaid 0% EMI’s.
  13. Under Payment of MAD will attract normal late payment fees and a standard credit charge of 3.35% on the unpaid 0% EMI.
  14. The SBI Cardholder can make a normal payment to clear this retail balance in his account.
  15. The SBI Cardholder is supposed to pay the MAD in full to avoid getting delinquent.
  16. The Product/Services being offered under this Offer is being sold/ provided directly by Reasoning Global E Applications Private Limited and SBICPSL is neither responsible nor guarantees quality, delivery or after sales maintenance of the product nor is it liable if the same is in any way deficient or defective or damaged/lost in transit.
  17. SBICPSL would not entertain any correspondence regarding the product and all Cardholder concerns; queries and complaints pertaining to the product and its delivery shall be taken up directly with Reasoning Global E Applications Private Limited . However, for any query regarding the conversion of EMI, Cardholder needs to call SBI Card helpline.
  18. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
  19. SBICPSL reserves the sole right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
  20. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL to be conducted in accordance to Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
